Sara Cantelar Coello

Sara Cantelar Coello is an entrepreneur by heart and an International Sales & Marketing expert.

Founder of Sense Living Spaces

Over the past five years, Sara founded Sense Living Spaces, a company focused on the real estate and hospitality sectors. Her professional focus includes real estate consulting in flex living, smart luxury rentals, and home services. She began her entrepreneurial journey in Spain, consulting various real estate projects to maximize their profitability and support their growth from a financial and operational perspective. A year ago, she decided to move to Luxembourg with her GP partner, CSC Group (International Financial and Investment Consulting co.), and develop Sense app from here, with the goal of scaling its model in Europe.

Sense app is an AI-powered proptech platform for home services and city experiences that integrates with various flexible rental apartment buildings to improve their guest experience and maximize their health and well-being. This summer the platform will be launched at The Central Luxembourg, two buildings with 115 luxury apartments and communal areas for cowork, wellness, and leisure.

Previous experience and education

Before founding Sense Living Spaces, Sara gained extensive experience in international business development and marketing. During her seven years at the University of Cambridge, she had the opportunity to expand the brand in Spain and Portugal, publish articles related to Cambridge English qualifications, and participated in several international symposia on English language learning. Her business development experience was further developed through several hotel launch projects in London and the expansion of the American retail giant “Costco Wholesales” in Spain.
